6th  Annual Waterville Shuffle/Pub Crawl, open to the first 100 to register. Don't miss the exciting time to travel to all 4 locations in one night. Join us for a night of fun, as we take a journey through Waterville. 

 
1st Stop & Check In at Fallen Timbers Fairways @ 6:30 PM , Chowders 'n Moor, Cocina de Carlos and finish the night at Shawn's Irish Tavern. 

Registration fee is $25 and is non-refundable, cost includes t-shirt and complimentary food and drink specials at all locations.  T-shirts MUST be worn during the event to have Shuffle/Crawler access to drink specials and complimentary food. NO EXCEPTION to the rule.  $3 additional charge for XXL or XXXl t-shirts.

Cash is encouraged when purchasing drinks. Please drink responsibly.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY BY PARTICIPANT

This Release concerns my participation in the Waterville Pub Crawl (from here on identified as the Crawl)

In consideration of my participation in the Crawl, I hereby release, hold harmless, and forever discharge the Waterville Area Chamber of Commerce and all volunteers and personnel associated with the Waterville Area Chamber of Commerce, its officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by my participating in the Crawl.

This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknow, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist.  The provisions of any state, federal, or local law that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages which are unknown or unsuspected to exist at the time to the person executing such release, are hereby expressy waived.

I hereby agree on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to indemnify the Waterville Area Chamber of Commerce and its officers, board, volunteers and employees, joint and severally from any and all actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by my participating in the Crawl. 

I understand that I am encouraged to drink responsibly and I am encouraged to not drink to excess.  I agree not to drive during or after the Crawl if I have consumed more than my limit of alcoholic beverages.  I agree that I am at least 21 years old.
