Passive House (Passivhaus in German) is the world's leading voluntary building energy standard, which focuses on superior energy efficiency and quality of life at low operating cost. Experience a deep energy reduction retrofit office building and chat with the experts, Tim Delhey Eian and Stephan Tanner.

They feel that it is important to create buildings that deliver on many levels of design and performance, and provide real, measurable value to their clients. Tim and Stephan are expert designers, dedicated to beautiful, durable, functional, and earth-friendly buildings that offer healthy environments and economy to meet their client’s needs—both now and in the future.

TE Studio was one of the four finalists participating in the first Energy Efficiency Award Challenge on April 7 in Chicago for their entry, the Waldsee BioHaus, wich is the first certified Passive House building in the USA, and which marks this year’s tenth anniversary of Passive House in North America.
