This program will be of interest to business leaders, training managers, educators and students, as well as government officials in the areas of employment and education.

Dr. Benz earned her B.S. in engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Germany.  She holds additional degrees in technology management and organizational leadership from Central Connecticut State University and North Central University respectively.  She has managed large-scale automation projects and has specialized in job training.
