4th Annual Golf Tournament Invitational
(Norway House & Euro-American Chambers of Commerce) 

Join us at Crystal Lake Golf Course in Lakeville on Monday, September 16, 2019 as GACC Midwest, MN Chapter invites Norway House and the Euro-American Chambers of Commerce for our 4th Annual Golf Tournament. Register your team today!

The format for the tournament will be a best ball scramble with awards given to teams and individuals. In addition, there will be contests such as:  longest drive (men’s and women’s), closest to the pin and more.

Schedule

10:30-11:30 a.m. Golf Registration & Lunch (Driving Range Open)
Noon/12:00 p.m. Golf — Modified Shotgun Start
5:00 p.m. Social Time
5:30-7:00 p.m. Dinner/Program and Prizes 

Fee

Individual: $125 (includes lunch, dinner, cart and green fees)
Foursome: $500 (includes lunch, dinner, cart and green fees)

Dinner Only: $35

Raffle Prize Donations

Prize donations are greatly appreciated. If you'd like to contribute for company recognition at the event, arrange to have your donation to the GACC Midwest, MN Chapter by September 10. Contact Karen Develle at 612-865-4170 or at office@gaccminnesota.org

Weather Policy

Tournament will be played rain or shine.

Cancellation Policy:  Registration refunds, less a $20 processing fee, will be given to registrants who cancel by 5:00pm on September 1, 2018. No-shows will not receive a refund. You can make substitutions at any time.

PCI Compliance: The GACC Midwest, MN Chapter and Norway House have taken the appropriate steps to maintain PCI compliance. In order to protect your privacy, please do not email your credit card information to our office.

Audio/Video Policy: Registration and attendance at, or participation at association events, constitutes an agreement by the registrant to association’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities
