California Dreaming - Premium Cabernets

TVC will be tasting 8 premium California cabernet sauvignon wines from vintages between 2005 and 2007 which were rated as outstanding vintages. In fact, the '07 is considered by Wine Spectator to be the vintage of the decade. Seven are 100% Cabernet Sauvingnon wines and the 8th is a Bordeaux-style blend (Cain Five). Seven wines are from Napa and 1 is from Alexander Valley.  The list of wineries includes: Caymus, Chateau Montelena, Clos du Val, Cain, Terra Valentine, Trinchero, Kendall Jackson and Corison.  Hope you can join us!!
