Board Members and Regional Ambassadors Meeting will be on Thursday, September 13th at noon at the hotel. Lunch will be served.

All other guests may arrive in time to check in to the conference at 2:30PM. The first session will begin at 3:30PM.

 

SIOR Cancellation Policy
Any room cancellations made by members that result in the SIOR Florida Chapter dropping below the contracted group block guarantee at The Diplomat will be assessed to the member at the block rate of $289 per night plus all fees and taxes, unless the room can be resold. Any rooms in our block not reserved by August 21st, 2018 will be returned to general inventory for resale. Reservations received later than August 21st, 2018 can be made, but may be subject to paying the prevailing market rate versus the SIOR block rate. Please note that rooms in our block may sell out before the deadline, so please book your room as soon as possible. Reservations and cancellations can be made by calling 855-689-2911.

The SIOR Florida Chapter must pay up front for all food and beverage events (cocktail reception, dinner, and breakfast) whether a registered member attends or not. Cancellations that occur after the final guarantee has been given on Wednesday, August 29th will be billed a $150 cancellation fee. This same $150 fee will apply to any no-show attendees for the cocktail reception and dinner on September 13th.
