IBG Members are asked to arrive by 12:15PM in order to begin the IBG meeting at 12:30PM sharp. IBG members can pick up their namebadges prior to or after the 12:30PMmeeting. Non-IBG members can pick up their badges between 12:30-2:00PM.
There will not be a board meeting at this conference.
SIOR Cancellation Policy
Any room cancellations that results in the SIOR Florida Chapter dropping below the contracted group block guarantee at the hotel will be assessed to the guest at the block rate of $289 per night plus all fees and taxes, unless the room can be resold. Any rooms in our block not reserved by August 29, 2022, will be returned to general inventory for resale. Reservations received later than August 29th can be made, but may be subject to paying the prevailing market rate versus the SIOR block rate. Please note that rooms in our block may sell out before the deadline, so please book your room as soon as possible. Reservations and cancellations can be made by calling 888-789-3090.
The SIOR Florida Chapter must pay up front for all food and beverage events (cocktail reception, dinner, and breakfast) whether a registered member attends or not. Cancellations that occur after the final guarantee has been given on August 26th will be billed a $200 cancellation fee. This same $200 fee will apply to any no-show attendees for the reception and dinner on September 22nd.

GUEST POLICY:
Active brokers interested in learning more about SIOR may attend our statewide conference ONE TIME ONLY for a fee of $250.
Spouses may be added as a guest for the reception and dinner, BUT NOT SIOR BUSINESS SESSIONS, for a fee of $150.
SIOR FL Chapter Sponsors may bring a total of 3 members of their company to the conference at no cost. Any additional company members must pay the $150 guest fee.
