Join us for a day of powerful presentations, valuable insights and useful leadership tools. Please plan to spend the day learning and connecting with fellow early care and education leaders in the region! 

We all know the importance of helping kids build a strong foundation for healthy development but we sometimes forget to check our own foundation. Keri Stanley will kick off our day with a fun, engaging session where we will look at your building blocks in a creative, playful way. She will help you see how you can refresh and even rebuild your blocks in a way that supports all that you do!

Tonika Starks will share strategies to build your workforce and we will close the day with a presentation from Denita Dinger, renowned expert on the value of play. In addition, attendees will enjoy the opportunity to connect with each other and learn about area resources in a full lunch period.

Who should attend?
Anyone who has, or aspires to, a leadership role in an early care and education facility would benefit from attending the Directors’ Symposium. Directors, assistant directors, lead teachers, trainers, coaches, and owners are the primary audience.
