Exhibitor Prospectus


The Maine Association of Physician Assistants  invites you to JOIN US as an exhibitor or sponsor at our 28th Annual Winter CME Conference being held at The Grand Summit Hotel & Conference Center, Sunday River, Newry, Maine February 8-10, 2018.

Our program provides the following for exhibitors:

  • Opportunities to network with PAs and other health professionals  throughout the State of Maine and other locations

  • We encourage exhibitor interaction and provide time in the schedule to promote new professional connections.  We offer exclusive exhibit time in the mornings and afternoons; Exhibitor Reception for a meet and greet on Thursday, February 8 at 11:00 am and the Friday evening UNE PA Alumni  & Friends Gathering for all attendees and exhibitors.

    Exceptional winter recreation activities outside of the conference clinical presentations are also available.

Additional Exhibitor Information

Shipping Instructions

All boxes sent before the conference must be labeled to the attention of the Conference Services Manager,  Katelyn Campbell, MEAPA Conference, Grand Summit Hotel, 97 Summit Drivew, Newry, ME  04261.  Include your name, group affiliation and event date. Items should not arrive seven (7) or more days prior to the conference or you will be subject to a storage fee of $5.00 per box.


The exhibit fee includes two on-site representatives.  On-site reps are welcome to join breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during exhibit hours, and may sit in on any of the presentations.  

Booth Description

We offer table-top exhibits or in lieu of a table you may utilize the space for floor signage.  No pipe and drape partition or formal decoration is provided.

Booth Assignments

All exhibits will be located in the same area of the Conference Center.  Exhibit space will be pre-assigned by MEAPA Staff.  All breakfasts,  refreshment breaks  and Exhibitor Reception will be held in the exhibit area.

Set up

Exhibitor set-up time is available on Thursday, February 8 starting at 7 am with all exhibits to be set up by 11:00 am for the Meet and Greet Reception.  Breakdown should be completed by  Saturday, February  10 at noon.

Space will be allocated by MEAPA based on receipt of the exhibit registration form and full payment.  Any space not claimed or occupied by 11:00 am on Thursday, February  8, 2018 may be resold or reassigned by Exhibit Manager.  No refunds of exhibitor fees will be granted after January 10, 2018.
