Women's Full Day Immersion Retreat: Aligning With Your Goals & Intentions 

In this full day immersion you will:

 Create TWO Goal Action Plans: Long-term for the year and short term for immediate success and validation.

• Discover what inner saboteurs want to block you from success!
  
• Learn if your goals are in alignment with yourself and your life.
  
• Discover why most goals, mock-ups and manifestation dreams don't come true.
  
• During the day you will be guided through various sessions that will be a combination of meditation, hypnosis and metaphysical techniques designed to bring your energy into present time. This is the fuel for you to create, manifest and thrive!
• Learn how to increase and expand your container of consciousness!
• Enjoy soaking in the hot mineral pools between sessions!

NOTE: The retreat fee does NOT include use of the mineral pools. You can use the pools all day for $25.

Due to construction, massage services at Calistoga Spa will not be available. There are many places in town where you can receive a massage.

Snacks and tea will be provided. There are many restaraunts in town, all walking distance to the Spa.

     Swimsuit & Cover-up
    Flip flops/sandles for walking around pools
    Yoga mat, pillow, blanket - optional yet comfy!
    Notebook
    Layered clothes as it can get chilly at night.
