You may also pay with a Credit or Debit card before the first class date by calling the DCED @ 870-972-3850 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. When paying by check - Make checks out to: ASU DCED. Include the name of the class, and student's name. Payment must be received prior to attending class. If you need to make other arrangements, please call (870) 972-3850.
If you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, please provide a two-day notice of cancellation. A 50% cancellation fee is charged unless a 2-day notice is provided. No shows are billed at 100%. Substitutions are encouraged.

Managers and Supervisors face a world that is vastly different than it was just a few years ago. Keeping current with today’s tools and techniques is key to an effective strategy for leadership in today’s workplace. Recently updated with information necessary to be relevant in this rapidly changing environment, this course has been designed to build skills in supervising and managing others.
Knowledge, Skills, and Application are primary elements of this program. Case studies, self-assessments, simulations and exercises are components of this highly interactive, dynamic course. Participants will share and learn with other practitioners and bring new competencies back to their business environment. They will have the opportunity to learn and practice concepts in a safe environment, and build skills necessary to make them more effective in their own job. This course IS just what your company needs to develop the future leaders of tomorrow.
Class is held every Thursday for 12 weeks, from 1 to 4 p.m., starting January 30th, 2014.
