Credit or Debit Card- You may pay with a Credit or Debit Card before the first class date by calling the ASU cashiers window at 870-972-3847 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Pay By Check-  Make checks out to: ASU Treasurer's Office - Delta Center. Include the name of the class, and student's name and the Delta Center in the memo line. Payment must be received prior to attending class. Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, please provide a two-day notice of cancellation. A 50% cancellation fee is charged unless a 2-day notice is provided. No shows are billed at 100%. Substitutions are encouraged.
 

Conquering Your Fear of Public Speaking

A great presenter has two notable qualities: appropriate skills and personal confidence. Confidence comes from knowing what you want to say and being comfortable with your communication skills. In these three half-day sessions, you will master the skills that will make you a better speaker and presenter.

  • Learn techniques to reduce nervousness and fear
  • Understand your strengths as a presenter and how to appeal to different types of people
  • Recognize how visual aids can create impact and attention
  • Develop techniques to create a professional presence
  • Learn some different ways to prepare and organize information
  • Prepare, practice, and deliver a short presentation
