Creative Movement: Practical Prep, Positive Birth 

Having a baby? Come to the Valley's favorite experiential childbirth ed class, & learn how to loosen up your hips and your mind for a smoother, easier birth. In this inspiring class taught by a midwife/doula, you and your partner will learn and practice dozens of movements and positions to help your baby's birth be a healthy, positive experience. The spring session will be enhanced by demonstrations of the movements and positions by newly trained doulas in Michelle's Birth Doula Workshop.
