  1. This page is to be used ONLY to pay GAW winner NOMINATION & SHIPPING FEES. 
    Other persons who wish to register for the AWARDS BANQUET (managerial/ supervisory/ spouses/ guests/ etc.) should exit this page and use the GAW BANQUET REGISTRATION found at MBAG.org instead.
  2. YOU MUST SELECT THE FEES YOU WISH TO PAY. (Nomination and/or shipping fee) below your NAME.
  3. Remember: The MBAG Good Government Fund (PAC) contribution is separate and in addition to the NOMINATION FEE. It must be completed separately using the GGF PAYMENTS link found at MBAG.org.
