Matthew Snelling
Matthew has been appraising in Athens and the surrounding areas for the past 24 years. He is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Georgia and also a Licensed Realtor with Drake Realty Lake Area.
He has been the owner of Warner Brothers Appraisal since 2016. Matthew performs mortgage lending appraisals for the secondary market and portfolio loans, equity line appraisals, investment property, vacant land & lots, relocation appraisals, retrospective estate appraisals, and diminution of value appraisals. He specializes in professional courtroom testimony for divorce cases for the purpose of determining the real estate values for the disposition of the case.
Michelle DeRepentigny
Michelle DeRepentigny is a Georgia Certified Residential Appraiser and the co-owner of Diversified Property Services with her husband, David.
She specializes in forensic reviews for secondary market lenders and governmental agencies. She is also the owner and qualifying broker of Success Realty.
Michelle brings extensive knowledge of the Athens, GA real estate market to the table through longevity in her real estate brokerage & real estate appraisal careers of over 25 years and by being a native Athenian!
Brian Bowen
Brian Bowen has been a Certified Residential Appraiser in Athens & neighboring counties for over 20 years. At his company, CF Appraisal, he performs almost exclusively Conventional & VA appraisals for local & national lenders. He has been a VA-approved apprasier since 2012. He graduated from UGA in 1996 with a Bachelor of Journalism in Public Relations. He became an appraiser in January 2001. He is a current resident of Oconee county, and he and wife Mazie, have 2 sons.
