Charles L. Upchurch, III joined Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty in 1985 and, in keeping with family tradition, has reinforced the high principles on which the company was founded. Today, he serves as the President and Broker of Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty which proudly employs over 100 full time residential agents, 10 commercial agents, and a staff of 15. Charlie also participates actively in the community by holding numerous civic and professional positions. Charlie has found through years of experience in the real estate field that commercial properties and land tracts are his passion. Through his attention to detail and commitment to his clients, he has successfully secured or sold properties for many prominent investors.
