Business Plan Workshop Series for Accountants and Bookkeepers: Growing Your High-Value Client Accounting Services Practice

 In this interactive workshop, we’ll show you how to use LivePlan by Palo Alto Software to break apart the components of the business plan into manageable steps, clearly define your business, research your competition and target market, develop your operating and marketing plans, and update the financial strategy for your practice.  

We’ll also show you how easy it is to load and manage your financial information, giving you the opportunity to use the LivePlan Scoreboard to get the ongoing information you need about the financial performance of the company as well as other key metrics. 

Once we show you how easy it is to complete these steps for your firm, we'll show you how you can use what you've learned to create year-round revenue opportunities providing high-value accounting and advisory services for your clients!

The workshop will be broken in to 6 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes (60 minutes of instruction followed by 30 minutes of optional Q&A).
