2019 PNWS-AWWA Fall Committee Officer Training and Trustee Meeting Invitation 

Please join us for the 2019 Fall Committee Officer Training and Trustee Meeting to be held October 8-10 at The Marcus Whitman Hotel & Conference Center. This is an opportunity to participate you will not want to miss!  Find out what being an officer of an AWWA committee entails: what are your responsibilities as an officer and what tools are available to you to keep your committee members engaged, informed and excited about your committee!  

You are responsible for your hotel accommodations and I urge you to make reservations NOW. The hotel must receive your reservations no later than September 8 to receive the discounted rate.  The room rates begin at $129 before taxes.  Reservations made after September 8 are subject to availability and rates are not guaranteed.

Arrive Tuesday evening by 5:30pm for a reception and dinner as we reconnect with our fellow committee leadership. Our Committee Officer Training kicks off Wednesday, October 9 at 10am with a Divison Meeting with your trustee liaison and fellow committee leadership within your division. We follow this up with committee officer training for the remainder of the day.  Thursday morning our Board of Trustees are meeting. For most committees attendance is purely voluntary. If your committee would like to speak with the Board of Trustees at the meeting please select the box on the attached registration form and you will be automatically added to the agenda.
