Come learn how to jazz up your profile and make a killer impression on LinkedIn. (Or
if you’re a LinkedIn beginner, just learn the basics of a great profile.)

This workshop covers two levels of LinkedIn users:
- Beginners or career transitioners who want to create or polish their LinkedIn profile
- LinkedIn users who have a profile, but want to know what else they can do to harness
this business network

Barb Hendrickson’s company, Visible Communication, LLC, focuses on the platforms and strategies that help companies to develop and communicate their marketing messages. Visible Communication is a Michigan-based company that helps organizations be more visible in their marketplace, improve business, and be recognized as the thought leaders in their industry through website creation including content, in-bound marketing and social media strategies, reputation management, brand development and more. Barb has published a number of articles and White Papers in various publications and is a frequent speaker and trainer on Branding, Storytelling, Using LinkedIn for Business and InBound Marketing.
Joanna LaFluer has worked with geriatrics for the past 10 years in nursing homes, assisted livings, and homecare. My passion for seniors has grown with each experience I have had and also my desire to see them provided with quality care. I am the type of person that strives for excellence in all that I do. I believe that if you aren't going to do things excellent, then you shouldn't do them at all. My goal is to provide education and inspire excellent care for our seniors so they are able to stay in their homes and have a happy and peaceful life.Katiuska is passionate about helping people discover the possibilities in their own lives and is particularly skilled at helping professionals craft networking plans and their LinkedIn profiles to
maximize their potential. Leveraging over 15 years of academic experience, Katiuska acquired her Certified Professional Certification in Coaching (CPC) and a Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is the founder of KONCENTER, a successful coaching and consulting enterprise that supports academics globally by holding clients accountable through clarifying their career goals, identifying implementation strategies and developing realistic action plans in the creation of sustainable success.
