Tri-County Sustainable Communities Forum
Sustainability efforts are expanding throughout our communities. Many of these endeavors face similar challenges, such as coordinating community/municipal efforts, getting volunteers or leveraging state/federal incentives. The Tri-County Sustainable Communities Forum will bring people together from Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties to share challenges and exchange ideas. This forum is for all people interested in moving their communities toward sustainability, including local green team members, environmental commissions, township employees, business people, educators or residents. Sustainability issues do not end at town borders. Our efforts need to bridge these borders, as we forge relationships with others working for a greener South Jersey. Join us for this free event as we make history by building sustainable strength across our region!A representative from Sustainable Jersey will be on hand to answer your technical and procedural questions about the certification process.Sponsored bySustainable Cherry Hill & Sustainable JerseySustainable Cherry Hill (SCH) is an all volunteer non-profit organization with a mission of bringing people together to build a sustainable South Jersey community. www.sustainablecherryhill.orgSUSTAINABLE JERSEY ™ is a certification program for municipalities in New Jersey that want to go green, save money, and take steps to sustain their quality of life over the long term.www.sustainablejersey.comLori (and the SCH Regional/Urban Partnerships for Sustainability Task Force)Lori BraunsteinSustainable Cherry Hill & Sustainable Jersey609.238.3449
