- Self defense for Women-Learn valuable skills, both in the physical realm and mind set learning to be situationally aware and diffuse potential threats. Instructor Rob Tibo from Critical Defense Institute, Manchester.
- Health Concerns for Women-Learn the value of 4 essential nutritional supplements for
everyone, at any age. Why we are deficient and how nutritional deficiencies contribute to high rates of heart disease, diabetes,
cancer, etc. Presented by Nutritionist, Martin Donovan - Emergency and First Aid Preparedness basics-John Prickett, Director of Emergency Room at Lakes Region Hospital covers emergency medical care/use of an AED, what
to do in an unsafe scene, and basic CPR skills.
Feeling crafty?
- Lip Balm Demo-Using olive oil, beeswax and es-sential oils, with a microwave. Learn how it can be adapted to make a medicinal salve. Leave with a tin of the cooled balm, along with the “recipe” book.
- Birch Bark ornaments-Using birch bark, a
cookie cutter, string, and hot glue, make simple and inexpensive primitive ornaments worthy to adorn a home all year. - Bead bracelets-Learn this easy
technique for making bracelets. Start your bracelet in the session, if you're unable to finish, you can easily bring home the kit to finish later.

Ticket pricing information
Early Bird Pricing
$60 for your ticket and invite up to three people from your family for $35 each.* Family members must register online at the same time as the primary registrant to receive family discount. All tickets purchased at the door will be $65 per person.
* Credit card online purchases will be charged an additional $2 for credit card fees, $62 total for the first registrant only. If you are paying by check and mailing your check to EBC, the first ticket will be $60. $35 per guest from your family for up to 3 guests.
Other ticket prices: Online ticket purchasing will only be available through 10/12/17. All other ticket sales will be at the door.
