We continue working to keep fees low, but the cost rise each year. We are offering several different opportunities to be a sponsor of our Annual Conference & Golf in 2012.
- Conference sponsorship - Gold level - $1000 and Silver - $500. Sponsors will recognized with signage as well as on conference materials and our website.

Golf hole sponsorship - $150. Sponsors will be recognized at each hole as well as on conference materials.

Golf/Door Prize donations will be accepted in any amount. These funds will be used to provide golf prizes as well as door prizes for those attending the Tuesday dinner.

WSGRTA Annual Conference & Golf
The WSGRTA Annual Conference will be held September 18 & 19, 2012 at the elegant Davenport Hotel in Spokane. The conference includes key transportation industry speakers on Tuesday night and Wednesday, member meeting, social hour and dinner, as well as breakfast and lunch on Wednesday. We are also hosting a Golf Scramble at the Indian Canyon Golf Course on Tuesday, September 18.

Conference Only - $150
Includes all meals, speakers, and meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Davenport Hotel. Our slate of topics includes funding, policy, legislation, and current needs.

This if for any guest that a conference registrant would like to bring to the social hour and dinner on Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm at the Davenport Hotel.
Golf Scramble - $60 
The greens feees, carts, and lunch are included in your registration fee. We will have prizes for closest to the pin and two longest drive, along with team prizes for 1st gross, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd net. Spouses or co-workers are invited to play. Each participant needs to provide either their handicap or their average 18-hole score so that the course manager can establish net team scores.

Hotel guest rooms are available at fantastic group rates on September 17 & 18. In order to receive these rates you must call the hotel 800.899.1482 before Wednesday, August 22, 2012 and ask for the Washington State Good Roads conference rate.
