Professor Scott Addlesberger will discuss CyberCrime 

Speaker Profile:  Professor Scott Addlesberger is the Program Director for Criminal Justice and Forensics Concentration at the Keiser University Flagship Campus. He has worked as a professor teaching courses in psychology and criminal justice for the last 14 years teaching at several universities. Prior to this he was an accomplished therapist specializing in the area of addictions and mental health for adolescents and families. Professor Scott has a focus on victims and victimization and the prevention of crime. He has written on issues of Social Disorganization, Social Efficacy, Transnational Criminal Organizations and their relationship with terrorist groups and financing. He also teaches a specialized course on Teen Technology Misuse for Florida Atlantic University. Scott has travelled extensively through Europe and dove around the Caribbean and was a mountain rescue certified rappeler. The love of his life, however, is his cats.

Professor Scott is a member of the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, Palm Beach County Sexual Assault Response Team, Palm Beach County Community Action Network, and a recurring speaker for the Palm Beach County Criminal Justice Commission, and co-developed and implemented with the help of a few colleagues, a Human Trafficking conference held in March of 2022 on the Keiser University Flagship Campus

He earned a B A. in Human Services and Human Development Mercer University cum laude, an M.S.W. Barry University Magna cum laude and an MSCJ Florida Atlantic University.
