The International Coaching Federation (ICF) has ACC and PCC markers that reflect demonstrable behaviors that are exhibited in the ICF core competencies and in high quality coaching conversations. This training includes learning the competencies and associated behaviors, practicing and integrating the competencies and behaviors in breakout sessions.

About Your Mentor Coaches

Meet Leadership Trainer and Personal Development Coach Elle Cronin. Life Coach Elle is a well-known Leadership Coach and Trainer with more than 15 years of experience in talent development and organizational leadership.

Elle has completed more than 2,000 hours of coaching, consulting and teaching; her clients include startup founders, corporate executives, and organizations of all sizes. Elle has a background in customer service and in identifying talent to develop into leadership teams. She has trained many managers to become successful and confident leaders.

Committed to teaching leaders smart decision-making and creative problem-solving skills, Life Coach Elle is honored to help clients achieve sustainable positive change.

Mentor Coaching Skills bases its approach on the coaching core competencies developed by the International Coaching Federation, the world’s largest accreditation organization for certified coaches. The core competencies form the foundation of coaching technique, outlining the ethics, communication skills, learning, and goal setting that are the basis of professional coaching.

Elle holds a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. She also holds the ELI-MP certification, which authorizes her to administer the Energy Leadership Index assessment and provide analysis and coaching based on its findings. The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that helps coaches reshape their clients’ attitudes toward work and life.

Marilyn Rose is a Certified Transitional Life, Leadership and Registered ICF Mentor Coach with a (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), COR.E Dynamic's Leadership & Transitions Specialist obtained from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).

Marilyn is dedicated to assisting individuals, coaches and teams reach and sustain their highest possible level of excellence and effectiveness while achieving success and happiness in all areas of life. Her specialties lie in the area of human potential, emotional management, leadership and mastery by supporting her clients uncover and shift any blind spots standing in their way of their truest self and potential.

Marilyn’s experience spans over 25 years working as a Social Worker in a leadership role in the non-profit sector where she focused on team building, leadership training, personal and mindset growth enabling her clients and staff to lead and empower their own lives while inspiring others to do the same.

She is most excited about partnering with fellow Mentor Coach, Elle Cronin in facilitating groups dedicated to building coach mastery in alignment to the ICF Core Competencies.
