TSCC 2019 East Side Local Budget Law Training 

Please join us for our annual East Side Local Budget Law Training session. We hold two budget training sessions every January. Each session has the same content, but one is held on the west side of the county and one on the east side. This is the east side session.

In this training TSCC staff will go through the statutes and administrative rules that control local government and education district budget preparation and management. Along the way we will provide practical tips for handling budget issues. 

The Parkrose School District will provide refreshments for this meeting.

Following the training we will hold our TSCC Winter Meeting and lunch in the same room. We have two agenda items for that meeting: An overview of the Multnomah County Library system (and its budget) and a presentation on the trials and tribulations of implementing a new tax: the City of Portland's Arts Education and Access Income Tax.  For more information and a register link tor that meeting, click here
