Special Education in the COVID-19 Era

In this training we will discuss select provisions of the new CARES Act and other laws and guidelines that directly affect children with special needs in the public school setting. We will also discuss how to negotiate high-quality educational compensation and other supports for returning students in the wake of COVID-19 social distancing measures.
