May 5, 2018 - Men's Dialogue Session

Join us for a conversation about masculinity and how men are feeling about this unique moment in gender justice. This will be a facilitated a discussion about Male Sexuality. We will explore Where, When, and How do we learn to be sexual over the course of our development as men?

Who had "the talk" with you? If it happened, when did it happen? What was the context of the discussion? When you finished, did you feel empowered or ashamed? How does the way we learn about sexuality contribute to gender based violence?

During this month's Men's Dialogue Session, we'll continue discussing the role of men as allies as we explore how we learned about sexuality and when we first recognized our own sexuality. Through creating awareness around what healthy intimacy looks like, we can advocate for sexual experiences that are safe and consensual for everyone.  Let's work together to change the conversation around male sexuality and end gender-based violence. Below are two articles related to this topic in preparation for our discussion.
We are committed to providing a safe place for men to explore what it means to become active allies with women in support of gender justice and against gender-based violence.
