Creating a digital marketing strategy can be intimidating.  Should I be on Facebook? How much money do I need? Where do I start?    Relax. The answers are amazingly simple.

 The first step is knowing who your audience is. In this workshop, we’ll go over how to define your audience and create and use personas to focus your marketing efforts.

 The second step is to find where your audience is online. You’ll learn the importance of knowing the "user experience" and how that should guide what you do.

 The third step is creating the content that engages your audience. We’ll talk about how to do that - from ads to blogs - and how to get it in front of them.

 You will leave this workshop with clear, actionable next steps to create your own effective digital marketing strategy.

Your Workshop Moderator is Lauren Guite, a Digital Strategist for the Environmental Defense Fund.  

Lauren is an expert in Marketing, content marketing, social media strategy and training, blogging and digital outreach.  She has expertiese in community building, online campaigns, and website optimization including metadata and shareability, and measuring ROI for digital marketing efforts.
