Jeannine O'Neil is a visual branding and online marketing expert.  As the owner of JO Social Branding, she empowers and educates marketing professionals on how to make the best use of the online marketing tools. With 9+ years in the Marketing Communications industry, Jeannine shares her knowledge and educates professionals on how to use online marketing platforms to promote their brand and marketing messages. Those who work with Jeannine learn to strategize their digital marketing as well as understand the tools, knowledge and skills to be successful with their digital marketing needs.

Heather Jackson is the Director of Regional Development in New England for Constant Contact. She has over 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with a specialty in digital and email marketing, and has owned 2 small businesses of her own. A California native, she loves authentic Mexican food, so be sure to tell her about your favorite burrito spot.

Suzan Czajkowski, MA, PCC is a Communication Coach, Digital Markting Consultant, and a Master Certified Authorized Local Expert for Constant Contact.  She works closely with small business owners to develop digital marketing strategies that are focused on useful marketing goals and generate relevant results. Suzan started her business, TheCommCoach, in 2009 after leaving her last corporate job as a Marketing Manager with an international publisher. She has worked in a variety of different industries including fitness, technology, academia, and the military.  She has both a B.A and a M.A. in Communication and is a Certified Leadership Coach through Georgetown University.
