Anxiety Support Group - Megan Miessler, LCSW
In these uncertain times, anxiety can be high. Megan Miessler, LCSW, will host a 5-week group to assist those struggling with anxiety during the COVID-19 crisis. She will lead the group through calming techniques, assist in defusing anxiety and provide a space for participants to share their fears.
