As providers continue to adapt to working in a managed care environment, value based payment, care coordination with BHCCs and other systems changes while ensuring quality care, there have been ongoing changes in regulatory expectations. In order to respond to workforce and programmatic concerns, NYS OASAS and ASAP of NYS have collaborated with organizations, coalitions, and other community based programs to host a clinical summit for direct service staff. This will be an opportunity for direct service staff to hear from OASAS leadership and discuss how these changes impact the clinical environment. This will also be an opportunity to hear from OASAS’ regarding their vision for the future of addiction services in NYS.

Speakers include: NYS OASAS: Rob Kent, General Counsel; Marc W. Manseau, MD, MPH, Chief of Medical Services;  Pat Lincourt. LCSW, Associate Commissioner,  Addiction Treatment and Recovery Division (ATAR), NeC-ATTC, and other subject matter experts.
