Who Should Attend
Level One is for supervisors with less than one year of experience, those projected to be promoted to a supervisory position, and supervisors with no previous training in leadership skills.

Topics Covered
Level One covers supervising peers and others, interpersonal skills, difficult people, resolving conflict, business etiquette, business writing, legal issues, and safety.
