We are How we Eat - July 11th

You've probably heard the phrase, "we are what we eat", however, HOW we eat can be equally as important as the foods we choose to put in our bodies for nourishment. In this workshop we will explore our own habits around eating and nourishment and discuss some important techniques about how we eat that can contribute to our own health and wellness.
