In this workshop, using one of Mrs. Wheeler’s “Flowers” designs, students will be shown some basic colored pencil drawing techniques using both watercolor and wax pencils. Layering of colors, blending and toning will be explained so that each student will go home with a 9×12 matted finished original creation of their own!
