Josselyn Center Spring Luncheon, supporting Camp Neeka & Children’s Services, will be held Wednesday, May 9th at Northmoor Country Club and will feature author, Judith Guest.
Judith Guest was born in Detroit, Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Education. Her first novel, Ordinary People, was made into a movie by Robert Redford that won six Academy Awards, including best picture for 1980. She has written six other novels, several screenplays, including one called Rachel River. She is currently at work on a TV series based on her mystery novel, The Tarnished Eye. She has three children and seven grandchildren and spends half of each year in Minnesota and the other half in Michigan.
