T-shirt Fundraiser for Lakes Life Care Center 

For the safety of all we are cancelling our 5K Walk/Run for Life but you can still wear your support for families next to your heart!

This event was a big part of our budget so instead of a 5K we are selling t-shirts. Profits from t-shirt sales will go to programs for clients.

You can pick up your shirt at the center or when ordering just pay for shipping and we will mail your shirt(s) to you.

Shirt Sizes are Child and Adult (not Womens)
