2016 Whimsical Christmas

Join us for a special formal evening with dinner, dancing, and prizes. Music will be provided by Vanity Fair. And, don’t forget to bring your un-wrapped toys to donate to Toys for Tots.


TENTATIVE AGENDA

6:00 p.m.    Cocktails
7:00 p.m.    Dinner
8:00 p.m.    Music and Dancing until Midnight.  

Door Prizes will be drawn throughout the evening. (Winners must be present to win; each individual will be given five minutes to claim their prize before a new name is drawn.)

ATTIRE

Formal event attire (black tie optional)

MENU OPTIONS

The final menu is still being finalized, but you will have the choice between beef or fish. Vegetarian and allergy options will also be available upon request.

COSTS

The cost is $1,300 for a table of 10 or $130 per person. These costs include dinner, tip, entertainment, and prizes.

Valet parking at The Westin is $18 for the evening and $32 for overnight. Self parking is $12 for the evening and $24 for overnight.

You may pay by credit card or check. Credit card payments can be made online by clicking the “Pay Now!” button below.

Checks should be made payable to TLARGI and mailed on or before November 18, to ensure delivery by November 21:

RESERVATION DETAILS

The reservation deadline for all tables is November 21. Tables of 10 will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, and upon total remittance for your party. Smaller groups will be consolidated. (Keep in mind that your reservation will not be made until payment is received.)
