TLARGI Nutcracker Ball 

We hope you'll join us for the 2017 TLARGI Christmas Party - "The TLARGI Nutcracker Ball," with fine food, dancing, prizes and an elegant evening with friends and colleagues. Once again we will be hosting a Toys for Tots Drive so please bring an unwrapped gift for a young boy or girl.

Door prizes will be drawn throughout the evening.  All winners must be present to win, and you only have 5 minutes to claim your prize, so you have to act quick!  Plan on staying all night because the prizes just get better and better. 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

This is a formal event.  Black tie is optional, but it is a great time to bring out your very best suit and tie.  Gowns and cocktail dresses are often seen on the ladies. It is a fun evening, so enjoy looking fabulous.

WHAT IS ON THE MENU?

The menu is still in the works, but will likely be a choice between fish or beef.  We always have vegetarian options available, and can meet the needs of anyone with allergies to certain foods.  Be sure to let us know right away if you need a special accommodation. 

HOW MUCH DOES A TICKET COST?

This is a great industry party you really don't want to miss.  We have a couple of options for buying tickets. Individual tickets cost $130 each or you can reserve an entire table for your group (tables accomodate 10 people). Your ticket price includes dinner, gratuity, entertainment and awesome prizes.

There is no charge for self-parking on the night of the event.  Valet parking is $18. If you plan to stay at the hotel, overnight self-parking is $15, and overnight valet is $33.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TICKET?

(Keep in mind that your reservation will not be made until payment is received.)

There are two ways:

1. You can pay for the tickets with cash or check. Please make all checks payable to TLARGI, and mail on or before November 17th to ensure delivery by November 20th.

Important Note: If mailing your reservation please reference Account #402-17 in the memo line and include a typed list of names and their dinner selections.

2. If you would like to pay for your ticket with a credit card, you can do that through the TLARGI link here.


HOW DO RESERVATIONS WORK?

If you would like to reserve an entire table of 10, those requests must be received by November 20th. Tables of 10 will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis and upon total remittance for your party. Smaller groups will be consolidated. (Keep in mind that your reservation will not be made until payment is received.)

To reserve table(s), complete this reservation form and send it with your payment (if paying by check) to Darren Marcoux of VIP Rubber.
