Cancellation Policy
Refund requests for cancellations must be emailed to laurie@homecarealliance.org
by COB on Friday, May 12. Cancellations after this date are not eligible for refund, although substitutions are welcomed. Should the Alliance cancel the program, full refunds will be issued.
No-Show Policy
Registrants who do not attend the event are still obligated to pay their registration fee and are not eligible for a refund.

The Certificate for OASIS Specialist-Clinical (COS-C) Examination will include testing on CMS instructions related to the OASIS time points, regulations, patient populations and item specific scoring. (Reduced Certificate Renewal Fees apply if the renewal exam is taken or registered/paid for BEFORE the 3 year anniversary of the previous exam when the COS-C was granted. As a courtesy, all COS-Cs are given to the end of their expiration month to retest.)
