Please join us in welcoming our Newly Admitted Attorneys at 12:00 p.m. at the James T. Foley Courthouse in the Ceremonial Courtroom.  Chief Judge Gary L. Sharpe presiding.  NDNY-FCBA President, Jeffrey Hurd will move for admission of all applicants who have been approved for admission by the Court. The guest speaker will be E. Stuart Jones, Jr. of E. Stuart Jones Hacker Murphy Law Firm.  Tiffany Soricelli will perform the National Anthem and America the Beautiful.  A small reception will follow the ceremony.

The Admission Ceremony Program and Reception will be preceded by a CLE Program: "Representing Your Client in the Northern District of New York", beginning at 10:00 a.m.

For new and experienced attorneys alike, this program will examine how a criminal action proceeds in the Northern District of New York. The speakers will represent perspectives from both the prosecution and defense regarding each phase of an action. Learn nuances about representing your client in this district and hear reminders of good practices from experienced attorneys.
