The Confucius Institute at UC Davis presents:
Chinese Flavors: Chinese Pot-sticker Workshop (May 27,2017)
Participants will learn some general cultural information about Chinese Dim-sum. As a typical Chinese Dim-sum, the pot-sticker will be introduced along with a story about the origin of the pot-sticker. The workshop concludes with participants cooking and eating your own pot-stickers.(There is a vegetarian stuffing option.)
