This class is great for the singer and creative genius in everyone! There will be a small selection of choir songs for students to choose from. These songs are professionally produced and sound fantastic!

After we have decided on 3-5 songs we will discuss a story (and characters) that could surround these songs. Students will then break up into small groups and write the dialogue! Costumes will be simple and only include items we could make or bring from home. The focus will be more on the process of writing and organizing the music and the student singing performance. Students will also learn some basic terminology used in music and theatre production.

Along the Path to 21st Century Success students will enhance their skills as critical thinkers, creative communicators, and resourceful learners. The week will culminate with a dress rehearsal then a performance for families on Friday!

"This was an amazing class that gave the kids the opportunity to experience every aspect of putting together a musical.  They got to write, it pick out the music and costumes, and put together a fun performance.  I can't beleieve what they were able to accomplish in one week!  My daughter loved it and not only did she make new friends, but it helped to build her self confidenece.  She can hardly wait to do it again this year."
