The New York State Probation Officers Association, Inc. will be holding its Annual Conference at the Niagara Falls Convention and Event Center, adjacent to Sheraton at the Falls, Niagara Falls, New York, on July 27^th – 29^th, 2016.  Conference attendees represent agencies that work with adults and juveniles in community corrections and include line officers, supervisors, administrators, service-oriented agencies, and state officials. Our last conference in the destination city of Niagara Falls in 2014 drew nearly 200 attendees, representing Probation Departments from every region of New York State, and this year’s event is expected to draw even more.

NYSPOA recognizes the important benefit that specialized services and innovative equipment provide to the safe and cost effective management of our agencies.  The interactive participation of attendees in the exhibit area at our event will be a significant factor in the educational goals for the conference, which is why we would like to invite your company to become an exhibitor.

The fee for this event is $600.00.  This fee includes a skirted table, chairs, electrical service, Wi-Fi, break service, lunches, and participation in the Wednesday night party for two individuals.  Additional lunch and party tickets can be purchased.  We will also be accepting sponsorships for break services and other conference costs.  As a Platinum Sponsor ($200) we will list you as a sponsor, place a brochure in each attendee’s folder and establish a link for your company on our website for one year; as a Gold Sponsor ($150) you will be listed as a sponsor and we will place your brochure in each attendee’s folder; as a Silver Sponsor ($100) you will be listed as a sponsor of the conference.  We will also list any company that donates an item for our conference scholarship auction in the conference brochure. To sponsor an entire break service, the cost will be $1700 and includes a sign at the break service announcing your company sponsorship of that break, plus all the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor.  This is an excellent opportunity for those companies who are unable to attend the conference to promote their product and services.
