The New York State Probation Officers Association, Inc. will be holding its Annual Conference at Embassy Suites Destiny, 311 Hiawatha Blv. Syracuse, NY 13204 on July 27-29, 2022. Conference attendees include line officers, supervisors, administrators, service-oriented agencies, and state officials who work with adults and juveniles in community corrections. Our 2019 conference held in Monticello, New York drew approximately 200 attendees, and this year’s event is expected to draw even more.
The NYSPOA recognizes the important benefits that specialized services and innovative equipment provides to the safe and cost-effective management of our agencies. An opportunity for attendees to interactively participate in the exhibit area is a significant factor in the educational goals for the conference, which is why your company is invited to become an exhibitor.
The fee to become an exhibitor at this year’s conference is $650.00. This fee includes a skirted table, chairs, electrical service, Wi-Fi, break service, lunches, and participation in the Wednesday night networking event.
We will also be accepting sponsorships for break services and other conference events. As a Platinum Sponsor ($400) we will list you as a sponsor, place your brochure in each attendee’s folder and establish a link for your company on our website for one year; as a Gold Sponsor ($300) you will be listed as a sponsor and we will place your brochure in each attendee’s folder; or as a Silver Sponsor ($250) you will be listed as a sponsor of the conference. To sponsor an entire break service, the cost will be $1800 and includes a sign at the break service announcing your company sponsorship of that break, plus all the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor. We will also list any company that donates an item for our silent auction in the conference brochure. This is an excellent opportunity for those companies who are unable to attend the conference to promote their product and services.
Additionally, this year the NYSPOA invites our corporate friends to host, co-host, sponsor, or co-sponsor networking and social events throughout the conference.
Over the many years we have held our Annual Conference, its success has been due in no small part because of the participation and contributions of our exhibitors.
