We are pleased to announce that the 2023 NYSPOA Conference will be held       July 26-28, 2023 at Embassy Suites, in Syracuse, New York.  

There is a block of rooms available to Conference attendees at Embassy Suites Destiny, 311 Hiawatha Blvd. Syracuse, NY 13204. The hotel room rate of $153 King Suite / $153 Double Queen Suite per night is guaranteed for reservations made by June 25, 2023. The room rate is being offered for three days pre/post conference, based on availability. Non-discounted rooms this time of year are at a higher premium price.

We are in the process of scheduling great workshops and activities for you to enjoy. A schedule of workshops will be available during May 2023 at the latest.  You may register and pay for the conference by selecting the  "Register Now!" button below.  Please be sure to register prior to attending. 
  
NYSPOA will be hosting the following evening events for you to partake in and network with other probation professionals throughout the state:
  
Wednesday, July 26, 2023 
Evening networking event - Join us for an evening of food, music, prizes, and laughs.  There will be a 50/50 raffle as well. This event is included with full conference registration. Additional tickets are $35 per person, $15 for children 13-20, and free for children 12 & under.  
  
Thursday, July 27, 2023 
Awards Reception - Join us in recognizing probation officers who have gone above and beyond and displayed their commitment to the probation profession. Tickets for the awards Reception are $35 per person if you are not attending the full conference.  The reception will be immediately following the final workshop on Thursday afternoon. Tickets can be purchased by clicking the "Register Now!" button below. 
  
There will be an auction held during the conference which raises money for future conference scholarships.  The selections will be amazing!  Cash, credit cards, and checks accepted to purchase tickets.  Our 2022 auction raised funds to provide 11 scholarships for this year's conference.  If you are interested in applying to win a NYSPOA scholarship for this year's conference, please email scholarships@nyspoa.com and submit your: name, position, county and email address by May 31, 2023.  You must be a NYSPOA member through August 31, 2023 to qualify for the scholarship drawing.   Scholarship winners will be randomly selected on June 3, 2023 and will be notified by email.

You will also have the opportunity to purchase a great selection of 2023 NYSPOA merchandise and apparel at the conference or you may order from our website.
