9th Annual Keep Lockhart Beautiful Cleanup and Environmental Fair
The Keep Lockhart Beautiful Cleanup and Environmental Fair is set for its 9th year in 2016. This is Lockhart's premier community service opportunity for families, students, organizations and businesses. Register your group online by Sept. 29 to receive t-shirts, cleanup supply kits, water bottles and a pizza lunch! All FREE thanks to our sponsors!!
Help us welcome the new season with some autumn cleaning!
All cleanup volunteers are encouraged gather at the Lockhart City Park Main Pavilion by no later than 9 AM to select your cleanup location, collect supplies and strike a pose for a group photo.
After the photo, volunteers for Pecos, Navarro Springs, Arredondo, Nueces and/or Lions Park are encouraged to walk or carpool the short distance to your selected park. All litter collected may be left at designated drop-off locations in each park.
An Environmental Fair will be held at the City Park Central Pavilion from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Complete your Environmental Passport to be eligible for door prizes given away while you refuel with some Little Caesars pizza under the Main Pavilion starting at noon.
