Fall Customer Appreciation Campout 2018

Join us for our 2018 Customer Appreciation Campout! It's bigger and better this year, and we can't wait to see all of you there! This year, we've added new events, live entertainment, and more food with an expanded menu! Of course, we'll still have great games and prizes, as well as our First Annual Dessert Contest and the Cornhole Tournament! It's going to be a great time! Folks describe our campouts as THE Camping Event of the year. This fun-filled weekend sells out quickly, so please don't wait to make your reservation until the last minute.

Your only cost for this great 4-day weekend is $175.00 for the campsite and the first person, $25 for additional adults and/or spouse, $15 for children 6-17, and FREE for children 5 and under. You will pick your site number when you register on this site. Registrations will be site specific and you are required to occupy the site you pay for, no site swapping. The fee covers your campsite for 3 nights, entry to the park, taxes, food, and fun! The fee will be collected at the time of registration on this site. Everyone MUST have a paid registration and tickets for each person to enter the park. There will be NO exceptions, and NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE CAMPGROUND AREA WITHOUT THESE.

REGISTRATION IS ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE AND ON THIS SITE.

Registrations and reservations will not be accepted by Harmonie State Park for this event, nor will registration be available in-house at American RV. For ease of registration, all information will be posted here and all reservations will be done on this site. Due to the volume of phone calls received, questions and information requests will be answered by email only. See contact information to the left. Thank you for your understanding.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO REGISTRATION:

We have the ENTIRE Campground at Harmonie State Park reserved for this event. This year, the park has asked us to only book site-specific reservations. You will choose your site on this site. Payment for the site and fees is at the time of registration on this site. Harmonie has classified our campout as a "Special Event", reserving the entire campground for our use. Annual gate passes do not apply to this event, however there are two gate fees are included in the cost for the weekend. One RV per site/registration please. As with campouts in the past, we will have some sites marked that need to remain open for our employees who are manning events and activities, so they may be close to their post. We appreciate everyone leaving those sites open when you arrive at the campground. Anyone camping in one of those reserved sites may be required to move. Be sure to print your tickets and bring them to the park when you come, they are your entry into the park. See you there! If paying by check, your check must be received within 7 days of registration or your reservation will be cancelled. Cancellations may be made for extreme circumstances, but must be made by email only and any cancellations within 30 days of the event are NOT refundable under any circumstance. This is a RAIN or SHINE EVENT and refunds will not be given because of weather.

GOLF CARTS, 4-wheelers, Side-by-Sides, etc., ARE NOT PERMITTED IN STATE PARKS! The only exception are those set forth in Indiana Code 312 IAC 8-2-8. Those bringing these vehicles that do not fall within verifiable exceptions will be required to take them home. They will not be allowed into the park property. The state will make NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule this year.
