Your Next Mission® is part of the American Freedom Foundation’s nationwide initiative to help our Veterans, transitioning military service members and military spouses find meaningful employment and provide assistance transitioning from military to civilian life.

About the Event

The American Freedom Foundation will host the 9th Annual Your Next Mission® Huntsville SMD 2023  presented in association with Still Serving Veterans and in conjunction with the 2023 Space & Mission Defenses Symposium (SMD) on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 from 1000 - 1500 in the North Hall 1 of the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, AL. The event will bring together major companies from throughout the country to profile their services and provide employment opportunities for our Veterans, Transitioning Servicemembers and Military Families.  Attendees have the chance to talk with employers, submit qualifications, participate in job interviews, have their resumes reviewed, and recieve a free professional headshot.

    Important Information for Veterans

  • Veterans, military service members and military spouses admission is free.
  • Be prepared to meet employers - research participating companies!
  • Dress for success - business or uniform is advised.
  • Bring enough resumes for all exhibitors - Gov't and private sector.
  • Registration will open at 0900 and event begins at 1000.
  • Please note:  All data collected on your YNM event registration form will not be sold or given to anyone other than possibly another highly reputable Veteran Service Organization that we feel may help you achieve employment or a better understanding of the transition process from military to civilian life.
  • Important Information for Exhibitors
    • Exhibitor cost is $495.00 and includes two people to work the table.
    • Exhibitor pricing listed includes one 8' table, power, coffee and boxed lunch.
    • Only 40 exhibitor tables available! 
    • It is highly recommended that each company be prepared to accept resumes on site.
