WRED: Food Scraps Cooking Class

Use-what-you-have cooking demo! In this cooking demo, Anne-Marie Bonneau will demonstrate how to make satisfying fried rice, using ingredients you already have on hand. She’ll also discuss her strategies for eating all the food you buy, and explain why wasting less food leads to greater creativity, more fun in the kitchen and tastier meals!
