Dear Fellow Rotarians,

The Newark Rotary Club is very pleased to host of the 2017 District Training Assembly (DTA) scheduled for Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the Newark High School, 625 Peirson Avenue, Newark, New York. We are very excited to invite you to attend the AssemblyThe school is completely handicapped accessible and there will be ample parking available, but we still want to encourage you to ride share.
 
Note: The fee includes breakfast which will begin at 7:30 am and lunch at the conclusion of the final plenary.

Please have each member attending the 2017 District Training Assembly known in advance PRIOR to filling out this ONLINE registration form; You can also mail the collected forms and your club check to:

Registration Deadline - Friday, March 17th. Please note the registration process will not be deemed completed until all forms and the checks have been received.

7:30 a.m. - 8:25 a.m. Registration and breakfast
8:30 a.m. Opening General Session & Foundation Panel presentation
10:10 a.m. Breakout Sessions begin
12:30 p.m. Closing General Session
12:45 p.m. Lunch: Eat-In to continue fellowship or Take-Out

Gift Basket Raffle: We ask that each club in the district contribute a basket (minimum suggested value of $25) representing your region and local area of the district, which will be included in the raffle. Winning raffle numbers will be drawn after the final session has begun and placed on the appropriate basket, as well as displayed on a large chart to assist everyone at the close.

50/50 Raffle: This cash raffle will directly benefit the many charitable causes and activities of the Newark Rotary Club. The winner will be drawn during the closing plenary session.

The Newark Rotary Club is excited to sponsor this event that helps each of us renew friendships and get the District together for fellowship, learning and support of DGE Don Milton. See you in Newark on April 8th.
